This policy describes how Zodaria, published by Pearl Market FZ-LLC, processes your personal data, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data collected

We only collect the data you voluntarily provide:

your email address (required to receive your result);
your first name (optional);
your quiz answers (sign, situation, question…);
anonymous technical analytics data (page views, traffic source).

Purposes

to send you your quiz result and personalized guidance;
to send you, with your consent, advice and offers related to our content;
to improve the site and measure its audience anonymously.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (the checkbox when you submit the quiz), which you can withdraw at any time.

Retention period

Your data is kept for a maximum of 3 years from your last contact with us, then deleted or anonymized.

Recipients

Your data is never sold. It is processed by the publisher and its technical subprocessors (Vercel hosting, Supabase database – EU, email delivery). When you click a partner link, you are redirected to a third-party service subject to its own privacy policy.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict, and port your data. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. To exercise your rights, write to contact@zodaria.com.

As the publisher is established outside the EU, a representative within the meaning of Article 27 of the GDPR is reachable at the same address. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Security

We implement technical measures (encrypted exchanges, restricted database access) to protect your data against any unauthorized access.
