Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Zodaria, published by Pearl Market FZ-LLC, processes your personal data, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data collected

We only collect the data you voluntarily provide:

your email address (required to receive your result);
your first name (optional);
your quiz and tool answers (sign, situation, question…);
the page you signed up from, the referring page and the country derived from your IP address by our host (stored with your email);
when you click a partner link: the page, referrer, browser user-agent and country of the click (no email, no name), to count clicks and filter bots;
anonymous technical analytics data (page views, traffic source).

AI palm reading: your hand photo

When you use the palm reader, the photo you choose is sent from our server to Anthropic (Claude API), which processes it to generate your reading. Zodaria does not save the photo: it is passed through to Anthropic and the generated text is returned to your browser, nothing is written to our database. Anthropic processes the image under its own commercial terms and privacy policy. Only upload a photo of your palm; avoid images that show your face or other people. To limit costs we keep, in server memory only, a daily count of readings per IP address, which is cleared at least every redeploy.

Purposes

to send you your quiz result and personalized guidance;
to send you, with your consent, advice and offers related to our content;
to improve the site and measure its audience anonymously.

Legal basis

Email sign-ups are based on your consent (the checkbox you tick before submitting a form), which you can withdraw at any time. The palm reading is processed to provide the service you request. Click logs rely on our legitimate interest in measuring partner links and blocking fraudulent bot traffic.

Retention period

Your data is kept for a maximum of 3 years from your last contact with us, then deleted or anonymized.

Recipients

Your data is never sold. It is processed by the publisher and the following service providers, each for its own part:

Vercel: website hosting and server functions (receives every request, including your IP address).
Supabase: the database where we keep sign-up emails, answers and partner-link click logs.
MailerLite: email list and sending of our emails (email, first name if given, sign-up source).
Anthropic: processing of the palm photo for the AI palm reading (see above).
OneSignal: browser push notifications, only if this feature is enabled and you accept notifications in your browser.
Partner sites: Oranum (operated via the AWEmpire affiliate network), ClickBank (Numerologist offer) and other partners. When you click a partner link, you leave Zodaria; we pass only a placement code (which page the click came from), never your email. The partner then applies its own privacy policy.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict, and port your data. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. To exercise your rights, write to contact@zodaria.com.

As the publisher is established outside the EU, a representative within the meaning of Article 27 of the GDPR is reachable at the same address. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Security

We implement technical measures (encrypted exchanges, restricted database access) to protect your data against any unauthorized access.
